In the following time periods:
04:45 to 05:07 UTC for Dallas
06:36 to 06:51 UTC for Amsterdam
we were seeing intermittent reduced availability for some customers hosted in these two locations.

We believe the attack to be fully mitigated as of 05:07 UTC for Dallas and 06:51 UTC for Amsterdam
